Wendy Preciado is a woman of faith, whose life reflects the truth of God’s promises fulfilled through perseverance and obedience. Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, Wendy immigrated to the United States at the age of eight with her mother, a single parent of five who anchored her family in faith.
Her journey into the construction and hospitality industry began with a leap of faith into her first hotel project, a Candlewood Suites. With no prior experience, Wendy trusted God to guide her as she learned every stage of development, from franchising and SBA financing to new construction, from start to finish. Over time, she served in every role imaginable, rising from secretary to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
After experiencing devastating loss, including the collapse of a business and financial hardship, Wendy chose faith over fear. Today, she serves as a City Accountant in Texas and previously served as Business Development Manager at J. Poole Group. Her testimony stands as a reminder that delays are not denials, setbacks are not failures, and when you trust Jesus Christ with your life, He builds something greater than you ever imagined.
