With over 25 years of experience in numerous industries, such as 9-1-1 dispatcher, gas and oil, construction, and utilities, Monica is the founder and CEO at Proven Connections Group, Inc. (PCG 2.0). PCG 2.0 is a consulting/project management company focused on holding utility companies accountable, one project at a time. Now as a CEO, Monica focuses on being the leader she always needed.
Monica believes in the importance of industry focused organization, such as the Desk and Derrick Club, a gas and oil industry group for women. Monica was a member for seven years and on the national board as Regional Director leading chapters from West Texas to California. Once Monica left the gas and oil industry for the construction industry, she joined the National Association of
Women in Construction, where she served on the executive board for four years.
Monica lives with her husband, Frank, of 17 years. She has two sons, Hugo and Ernesto, and their daughter, Mela, and has two beautiful grandsons, who live nearby.
