Karina Villaseñor has been a licensed realtor since 2005, beginning her career at a young age with a strong passion for helping families achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Over the years, she has made a significant impact in the real estate investment space, working extensively with residential flippers and selling over 500 renovated homes. Her success and dedication earned her recognition by NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) as one of the Top Latino Agents in both 2011 and 2012.
Born with a natural eye for design, Karina transitioned into the construction and design side of residential flipping. She has managed hundreds of construction projects, ranging from cosmetic remodels to extensive renovations—including those with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
Her project management experience is primarily centered in San Diego County, but she has also overseen projects in Riverside and Los Angeles counties. Today, Karina serves as Vice President of Operations for Flipstide LLC, a recognized and respected real estate flipping company based in San Diego.
